We understand the importance of staying connected. That’s why we distribute FREE Pre-loaded SIM cards to eligible individuals we work with and
those they share a home with. The SIM cards operate on a monthly data allowance and topped up by vouchers, ensuring you have the connectivity you need.

This service is designed to support those who need it most. To see if you qualify for a FREE Pre-loaded SIM card, please review the eligibility criteria below:

Collection Points & Distributors

Libraries, Councils, and in some
cases a local foodbank.

Collection date, time and location
are be pre-arranged. You might be asked
for proof of ID so it is best to have it
with you.

Eligibility Criteria

Data is being gifted to people From a low income household, have no access or insufficient access to the internet.

● Income: You must fall within a specified income bracket
● Age: You must be 18+
● Residency: You must be a permanent resident of the UK
● Need: Connectivity, for educational purposes, job searches, or essential communication

If you are supported by a probation officer or a local council adult social care support worker, please request them to get in touch with us, and we will handle the rest.

Free SIM card distribution service starts in March 2025 with limited
