In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education has become more crucial than ever. STEM training at Levels 3, 4, and 5 equips young people aged 16-25 with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the modern workforce. This training not only enhances their employability but also fosters innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The ISHEP Foundation plays a pivotal role in supporting these educational initiatives, providing financial assistance to ensure that all young people have access to quality STEM education.

Level 3 STEM Training

Level 3 STEM training focuses on foundational knowledge and skills. It introduces students to core concepts in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This level of training is typically equivalent to A-levels and provides a solid grounding for further study or entry-level positions in STEM-related fields. Students gain hands-on experience through practical activities and projects, fostering a deeper understanding of STEM subjects.

Level 4 STEM Training

Level 4 STEM training builds upon the foundational knowledge acquired at Level 3. It delves deeper into specialized areas within STEM, providing students with advanced skills and knowledge. This level is equivalent to the first year of a university degree and prepares students for higher-level study or specialized roles within the industry. Level 5 STEM Training
